This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and protected when you visit fundfl.com, submit a loan inquiry or application, use our calculators, or otherwise interact with us. It is intended to comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") and its implementing Regulation P, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), the CAN-SPAM Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), and applicable state mortgage and privacy laws.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. How We Share Your Information

We share NPI only as permitted by GLBA and Regulation P. Categories of recipients include:

We do not sell your personal information or NPI. We do not share NPI with non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Your Choices

Marketing communications

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link in any message or by emailing us at the address below. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP to the message. Opting out of marketing does not affect servicing or transactional messages related to an active loan application.

Cookies

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Disabling cookies may limit site functionality. We honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal where technically feasible.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other state rights

If you are a resident of a state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to (i) know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; (ii) request deletion; (iii) request correction; (iv) opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell); and (v) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will verify your identity before acting on a request. [REVIEW: confirm email address you will monitor for privacy requests.]

GLBA exemption. Certain rights under state privacy laws do not apply to NPI collected or used in connection with a financial product or service subject to GLBA.

5. TCPA & SMS Consent

By submitting your phone number through a form on this site, you agree that we and our authorized agents may contact you by phone, SMS, or automated dialing system at the number you provided, including to discuss your loan inquiry, even if that number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of any loan. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text or by asking us to stop calling.

6. Credit Authorization

You authorize a credit pull only if and when you expressly consent as part of a loan application. Completing a general contact form or calculator does not authorize a credit inquiry. A credit pull in connection with a mortgage application is typically a "soft" pull at pre-qualification and a "hard" pull at formal application; we will disclose the type of pull before it occurs. Multiple mortgage-related credit inquiries within a 45-day window are generally treated as a single inquiry by the major credit bureaus.

7. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of NPI in a manner consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule. These include access controls, encryption in transit, vendor risk management, and employee training. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain NPI for the periods required by federal and state mortgage-lending, tax, and anti-money-laundering laws, and for such additional time as is reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes including audit, dispute resolution, and legal defense. Loan-application records are generally retained for at least three (3) years after final action or the period required by the applicable lender, whichever is longer.

9. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The site may contain links to third-party websites, including NMLS Consumer Access, lender portals, and rate sources such as FRED®. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. Review each site's privacy policy before providing information.

11. Do Not Track

Because no uniform standard has emerged, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal as described above.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
